Can I get the pictures back from formatted CF memory card ?

I have started using digital camera recently and I don’t know much about it. I am using Nikon Cool Pix camera with 2GB CF memory card. Last night when I was clicking photos, the out of the blue the camera freezed and got hanged. Not a single button was working. I then took the battery out and then inserted it again in the camera. To my horror, the camera was displaying not a single photo? To make matter worse, the displayed photos was not getting saved in the memory card. I then format the memory card and then things got right. Can anybody explain why was such a thing happening and is there a way to get back the formatted photos?

How to switch from trial version to full version of Photo Picture Recovery Software ?

My Delkin CF memory card was corrupted and accessing the photos was practically impossible. I then used a trial version of Photo Picture Recovery software that not only repaired my Delkin corrupted CF card but also recovered some of the deleted images, but with a watermark. I liked the software and now I want to get its full version. I have recovered about 200 images and repaired my memory card as well. How do I proceed ahead? Will my previously recovered photos be deleted? How do I get them back when I switch to the full version?

Unable to use CF Card Recovery software ?

I had formatted my 2GB CF card that I am using on my Sony Cyber Shot digital camera. I then used a CF Card Recovery software called Mac Photo recovery software. The software gets installed easily but I am a bit skeptical using this software. It’s because maybe if I do something wrong, then may be the photos would get corrupt. Could anybody who has used this software could tell me the step by step procedure about how to recover the photos? Thanks in advance.

Is there any good recovery program for my deleted photos from Simpletech memory card ?

I had been to United Kingdom with my friends on vacation and over there I had taken a lot of photos with my Sony Alpha DSLR-A200. When I returned home and connect my camera to the computer, the entire memory card is empty. How come this is possible? I had taken more than 50 photos using that camera and I want those photos back any how? I am looking for some suggestions. I am using 1GB Simpletech CF memory card.

Photos deleted while transferring from Simpletech memory card to computer ?

I have a 256MB Simpletech CF memory card which I use it on my Olympus digital camera. There were about 100 odd photos in the memory card. I am using the term “were” because the photos are no longer on my memory card. When I was transferring the photos onto my computer, then suddenly a message was displayed on the computer screen the computer needs to be shut down to avoid data loss. After that an option was displayed: OK and CANCEL. I clicked on the cancel button and continued my data transfer After when the data transfer was done, I then opened the D Drive where the photos were located, the folder was empty. I then opened the gallery on my Olympus camera and even there also there were no photos. I think that photos have got deleted. Could anyone tell me a good software that anybody of you have used to recover deleted photos from Simpletech memory card.

“Memory Dump Error” in 2GB Pretec CF Memory Card ?

While I was watching some photos in my Kodak Easy Share digital camera, suddenly I got an error message flashed on the LCD screen. The error message was: STOP: 0X00000008E (0XC0000090, 0X004B4BD8, 0XEE25885C, 0X00000000) Further it was written that the camera needs to be switched off immediately to prevent photo loss from the memory card. Before I could think of anything, the camera switched off by its own. After few moments when I switched on the camera to find out whether any kind of damage is done to the camera or not, I was shocked to find that there were no photos in the memory card. I am using 2GB Pretec CF memory card. Every time when I try to access the photos, a MEMORY DUMP ERROR is displayed. Has anyone experienced such kind of thing? The good thing is that my camera is perfectly okay and there is no damage done to it. The other memory cards are working fine with the camera. Is the recovery of the photos possible?

Data Recovery from Delkin Flash DDEXP54-CF-2 Memory Card ?

I am using Kodak EasyShare M753 Digital Camera with 1GB Delkin Flash DDEXP54-CF-2 memory card. Today, when I am trying to access the photos, the camera freezes out. When I changed the settings of the camera to view mode and connect it to the computer, I am getting the following error messages: • Unable to read the memory card • Memory card requires formatting What is the possible cause for these error messages and how can I recover the photos that are there in the Flash memory card?

Need help with Evaluation Version of Flash Recovery Software ?

I am using the Evaluation Version of Flash Recovery Software to recover some of my JPG images. The software is able to recover the images easily and without corrupting it, but the only problem that I am facing is that I am unable to view the details of the recovered image using the evaluation version. Does any body help me out with this? Also tell me how to evaluate the image details when using the Professional Version?

JPEG Images Broken after using photo recovery tool ?

I am using 256MB Pretec Flash memory card for my Nikon digital camera. Somehow the photos from the camera got deleted; the reason which I can’t understand still. The photos were stored in JPEG file format. I then used a photo recovery tool to recover the deleted images. The tool did recover the images but when I am viewing those images in the preview of the Open Window dialog box, the images seems to be broken. Can anybody explain it to me why such a thing is happening? Is there any other recovery tool that can recover the photos without corrupting it?

“Encrypted Photo Issue” with Delkin CF memory card ?

I recently upgraded my system from Windows XP to Windows 7 operating system. With the help of BitLocker Drive Encryption feature in the Windows 7, I have protected all my photos from the Delkin CF memory card by encrypting it. But now when I decrypted those photos and connect the Delkin CF memory card to my digital camera, I am unable to access the photos and error message is displayed on the LCD screen that access denied. However I am able to capture photos, but then also a card error is displayed. Can anybody explain it to me why such a thing is occurring and how can I access the photos from my Delkin CF memory card?

Recovery of Photos from Olympus E-620 Digital Camera ?

I have recently bought a 12.3 mega pixel Olympus E-620 DLSR camera with 256MB CF memory card. Last night I had taken a lot of photos of my sister’s marriage anniversary. The camera was showing battery low. But I ignored it and captured some more photos. Within a few minutes, the camera shut down. I then put the camera on charge and today when I connect the camera to the computer to view the photos, the camera displays an error message that the photos are inaccessible and requires deep format. What should I do now?

Blue Screen Appears on connecting Apacer Flash SD memory card to computer ?

I have got Canon PowerShot AS10 digital camera with Apacer Flash SD memory card. The memory card is of 2GB and it has been working fine until today. I had taken some photographs of my birthday and uploaded it to view on my computer. For that I switched my camera to view mode from the normal shooting mode. The problem is that the computer is not able to show the pictures. Only a blue screen is displayed on the computer screen with Canon written on it. I removed the camera from the computer and changed the settings to shooting mode. Then “Memory Card Error” is displayed on the camera screen. When I change the settings to view mode, the camera was showing 0 photos; but there were actually more than 100 photos in the camera. Moreover when I am switching the memory card locked, it is showing my all photos but when I unlock it the camera gives a card error and shows 0 photos. What can be the possible reason for this and how should I fix it?

Want to resolve “Error30: Format CF card before use” error message?

My Sony Cyber-Shot R1 camera uses ATP CF (Compact Flash) memory card or memory stick to store all the digital specification of digital photos. Once when I tried to view the snapped pictures stored in it, I have encountered with an error message which says “Error30: Format CF card before use”. After the occurrence of this error message the files stored in the ATP CF memory card become inaccessible. I don’t know what to do, since I am experiencing this error first time. If anyone of you know something about it then please let me know. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Computer Unable to Read Pretec CF 333x Memory Card ?

I have a Nikon digital camera called D300. The memory card that is in use is 24 GB Pretec CF 333x. The camera has been working well for the past few months until today. Today what happened is that when I am trying to connect my camera to my system, the computer is unable to read the photos that are there in the memory card. I tried to run the disc utility but it is not able to repair or verify the removable hard disc. But I am able to capture the photos. The problem arises when I am connecting the camera to the computer. Can anybody what is the possible reason behind this and how can I correct this problem. Any suggestions will be greatly acknowledged.
