I had been using Nikon CoolPix L5 digital camera for last 4 years. To increase the storage capacity for storing videos and images I recently bought a KingMax memory card of 1GB, which is totally compatible with my digital camera. After installing the memory card in my camera when I started it, it has given an error message which states “cannot use memory card”. I am wondering what is the problem and how can I solve it? Any help from your side will be greatly appreciated.

I guess the problem is related to the memory card and its compatibility. Are your sure that your memory card is compatible with your Nikon CoolPix L5? So, first check it out with some other digital cameras of same model and if it passes the test then format it once either in your camera or in computer using any card reader and then use it. But make sure to recover all the data’s stored in the memory card if any by using good Memory Card Recovery software. I am sure your problem will be solved.
