First of all, close the trial version of Photo Picture Recovery software. When doing this, you will find some .rdf files. Copy these .rdf files and paste it in a new location. Uninstall the trail version and then install the Full Version. Copy and paste the .rdf files from the new location to the to the installed folder of the Full Version. After when you have done this, run the program of the Full Version and select a recovery module.
No, your previously recovered photos will not be deleted when you upgrade the software from trial to full version. When you have selected the Recovery Module, an option would be displayed “Previous Recovery”. Click on that and all your recovered photos will be displayed on the computer screen in a tree like pattern.
