How to erase images from the Pretec memory card?

I want to flush or delete all the images and other data’s from my Pretec memory card, but I am afraid if my memory card gets corrupt with it. I am not getting confidence from my inner soul. As I haven’t done it before, will this action of mine is risky and will cause any harm to camera or memory card. Please help.

Deleting the data from the memory card is very easy just format it, that’s it. You do not need to fear as this will not cause any harm to your memory card or camera. But make sure that you have backed up all the important data’s properly, other wise you have to use any third party Pretec Memory Card Recovery software to get the data back. Formatting, deleting or erasing images all at one once is the best practice to make, as it reduces the number of erase cycles and thereby improve the lifetime of the memory cards. This is important point to note that there will be one erase cycle for the memory card no matter if you delete one or multiple images from it.
