Deleting won't make the photos on a digital camera erase permanently. Those deleted photos are still stored on the memory card of your camera, they're just invisible or inaccessible. You can recover them with photo recovery software. But once the deleted photos were overwritten by new ones, they are gone for good.

I used this one and it worked.Anyway, you can download it and scan your memory card for free to preview whether your files can be recovered.By the way,it will show you the file name, type, date and size of your files and thumbnails for your photos that it found on your card.Give it a shot!
By the way,you can just connect your camera with your computer to recover your photos without a memory card reader.
Hope that helps!

All of the recovery programs that claim they can recover from the camera, can do so only if the camera actually show up as a drive when inserted to the computer via USB. But all recovery programs can do such. However, if your computer does not show up as "a lettered drive", then sorry you'll need to use a USB card reader. But these are usually very inexpensive. For example:

Once you have a plug-in USB card reader, then see the following for step-by-step directions on how to recover:

If your digital camera can be detected by PC. there is no need to use card reader.
To recover lost photos in your digital camera, you have to rely on photo recovery program. I suggest you use Card Data Recovery, which can recover lost photos from digital camera's inner memory or memory card.

Use a recovery program to retrieve them. It is still best to use the card reader for this purpose. The problem is how you use the card. Here are some tips.

Yes, do not take any pictures before you do the recovery process.

First of all, do not save any new file to camera's memory card.

Take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.

Download recover software asoftech photo recovery ( http://www.asoftech.com/apr/ ) Install and open asoftech photo recovery, select the memory card, and click 'Start' button.

I have had success with this... Download the program http://www.asoftech.com/apr/ You must not take anymore pictures on your card. You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the asoftech program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press “Start” and wait for it to do it’s magic.

You need to use a card reader either one already in your computer (some have one, some don't). Or buy an external USB card reader. They are around $2 on Amazon.
