‘Memory Card Cannot be Written” Error in Hitachi HDC-891 Digital Camera ?

The above mentioned error message was displayed on my Windows XP OS when I connected my Hitachi digital camera to it. The memory card in use is 4GB San Disk. I am easily able to capture photos but when I am trying to copy any photos that are there in my computer, the aforesaid error message occurs. What should I do?

I am using Dell D630 desktop with 4GB RAM and Windows XP with Intel Core 2 Duo Processor and I am running FireFox version 3.0.11

This is a very common problem that occurs with many computers when any memory card is connected to them. It happens so because there is some kind of problem with your system. All that you need to do is a system restore. First of all, click on Start button and then to the Program. In the Program, go to the Accessories and then click on the System Tools. After when the system restore is done, restart the computer and then connect the memory card to the system.

If the computer is able to read the memory card then it is fine and good and if not then there is some problem with the memory card. The problem can be fixed by using Hitachi Card Recovery software. The software will repair the corrupted SD card which is in use in the Hitachi camera through a set of certain program and then your problem is fixed.
